CME Committee Bios:
Terre Adams, M.D.
Dr. Adams received her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, School of Medicine. She completed a residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Adams has been affiliated with Lexington Clinic since March, 1998.

Shailendra Chopra, M.D., M.R.C.P., F.R.C.R.
Dr. Chopra specializes in CT, MR and Ultrasound of the abdomen and chest in addition to image guided body interventional procedures and radiofrequency ablation of liver tumors. Dr. Chopra has extensive clinical and research experience in body imaging as faculty at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio for 8 years. He reviews for the American Journal of Radiology and the Journal of Trauma and has had numerous publications in his field. Dr. Chopra is on the International Education Committee for the Society of Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology, and has lectured extensively all over the world.

Wayne Colin, D.M.D., M.D.
Dr. Colin received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School after graduating from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He completed residencies in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Colin completed a fellowship in Head and ec Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery. He is board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Colin has a special interest in surgery for obstructive sleep apnea, oncologic and reconstructive surgery of the head and next and facial plastic surgery.

Allen Cornish, III, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Cornish received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine after graduating from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. He completed his residency and a cardiology fellowship at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Dr. Cornish is and fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Josephine Glaser, M.D.
Dr. Glaser received her medical degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. Dr. Glaser completed her undergraduate degree from Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri. Dr. Glaser is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and her professional interests are in women and adolescent health, family medicine and pediatrics.

Andrew Henderson, M.D., Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Henderson began serving as the interim CEO for Lexington Clinic in March 2005. Since December of 2005, Dr. Henderson has served as the CEO of Lexington Clinic. In his 24 years at Lexington Clinic, he occupied several leadership roles, including president of the Board of Directors for three terms, beginning in 1997. Dr. Henderson became affiliated with Lexington Clinic in August 1981, entering the Department of Internal Medicine. He completed his residency and internship at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center and received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky’s College of Medicine. Dr. Henderson is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association, Kentucky Medical Association and Lexington Medical Society.

W. Ben Kibler, M.D., F.A.C.S.M.
Dr. W. Ben Kibler is the Medical Director for Lexington Clinic Sports Medicine Center in Lexington, KY. He is a team physician for numerous professional teams, colleges, and high schools in the Lexington area. Currently, Dr. Kibler serves on the Sports Medicine Sub Committee of the U.S. Tennis Association and is a founding member of the Society of Tennis Medicine and Science. Dr. Kibler is a Fellow and former Vice President for the American College of Sports Medicine. Dr. Kibler has presented and written prolifically on all areas of sports medicine. He specializes in the upper extremity, shoulder pathology, scapula, and biomechanics of tennis. Dr. Kibler received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Vandersbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Kiber is board certified by the American Academy of Orthopedics Surgeons. Dr. Kibler has been affiliated with Lexington Clinic since July 1977.

Paul Randhawa, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Randhawa received his medical degree from Boston University. He completed a General Surgery residency at the University of Chicago and a Thoracic Surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Randhawa also completed a fellowship in Endovascular Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital., New York City. His professional interests include all aspects of adult open heart surgery and lung cancer surgery. Dr. Randhawa is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He has been affiliated with Lexington Clinic since September 2003.

Lewis Hicks, M.D.
Dr. Hick received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina. He completed an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency and internship at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Dr. Hicks is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. His professional interests include office and surgical gynecology, urogynecology, colposcopy and menopause and hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Hicks has been affiliated with Lexington Clinic since 2006.

Cheryl McClain, M.D.
Dr. McClain received her medical degree from the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. She also completed her internship and residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Dr. McClain is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, as her professional interest and expertise is in family medicine. She is also certified in bone densitometry. Dr. McClain has been affiliated with Lexington Clinic since August 1997.

Richard Montgomery, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Montgomery received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He also completed a General Surgery internship and residency at the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine. Dr. Montgomery accomplished a fellowship in Surgical Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center, Philadelphia. His professional interests included general and thoracic surgery and oncologic surgery, including esophageal, sarcoma, melanoma, liver, pancreas, and colon/rectal. Dr. Montgomery is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the Society of Surgical Oncology. He has been affiliated with Lexington Clinic since August 1998.
